Scottish Eggs

8 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1.5 lbs sausage

hard boil 6 of the eggs.
Beat 2 eggs in small bowl.
seperate the sausage into 6 even parts.
crush or chop the bread crumbs until they are very fine. Put into 2nd Small bowl.(I used seasoned bread crumbs for that extra zing)
Cool hard boiled eggs, peal, wrap in sausage, dip into beaten egg then roll in bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 F for 5-10 minutes.

Serves 6
