The straits like to fight the general decline of western civilization by wearing business suits and fancy old time dresses on the second wed after lent, immaculate conception day, arbor day, boxer revolution day, the summer and winter solstices and the spring and fall equinoxes.

Just ignore it. Unless you want to dress like the amish on the day in question.
