It is so incredibly cold today

-25 when I left for work this morning. High all day -6.

So thats -40 with windchill. Schools are open (for some reason I cant figure out) so I still had drop off the kids this morning. Its worse for the 2 who had to ride the bus. I sat in my window and watched until they got on and rode away. It made me 5 or 10 minutes late but was well worth the peace of mind that my kids didnt expire from the cold.
