I had a pretty good weekend. I made some waffles, I made some burgers in the style of "petes fish and chips" In Arizona. It was one of my favorite establishments when I was a teenager (You could get a "monster burger w cheese"(1/3 lb!) there for $1.09, and it was a big burger, with all the trimmins.

MMMMM Yum.

I miss Petes Fish and Chips. :^(

Well sunday my wife made a seafood fetticini and we had crab legs too so that was yummy.

I got a dex tome for my heavy repeater fighter in DDO. (actually my kid (15)pulled it and gave it to me since he doesnt have anyone to use it on.)

I torrented some stuff for my wife, namely ultimate Mahjong 2006. And now I am having a hard time getting her out of the way so I can use my computer.

God, what a self centered bitch.

I wonder if she posts under the picture she has on her blog where she heard of the book.(Oh I bet the author sent her a signed copy because they travel in the same writers circles)

She feels compelled to point out that anyone who ever went to her site should have committed her reading list to memory and then credited her to be the fountain from which all knowledge and power flow. Its like she thinks she is a celtic scribe from the middle ages and without her you never couldve possibly borrowed a copy from your art teacher.

My wife is in a little tiff with her best friend of 15 years.

So you can guess what I am hearing about constantly when she is home.

I wish people would not get mad at each other. Especially 2 old friends like that. But I suppose any relationship over time is going to have its low points.

I tried to explain to my wife that if she just waits 2 weeks this whole thing will blow over.

But of course she wants resolution NOW! my wife is not very patient Im afraid.

So the moral of the story is now I have to take our van out to her friends husband 2morrow to get the fuel injector fixed, and the breaks replaced. Should take about 2 hours with a 1 hour travel time added on the end. Thats 3 hours of video games I wont be able to play.

Im not bitter about it tho.

I just wish my wife and her friend would make up. (They are not even really fighting over any particular thing that I know of)

I have been conditioned.

Almost everynight about 1 AM when I am going to sleep, my wife watches deal or no deal.(She is usually up later than me)

Well alot of nights that music is going while I am falling asleep.

Last night she started watching it at about 11:30

2 minutes later I am sleeping.

The deal or no deal music now puts me to sleep. :^/

Well, my computer just screems and howls with fastness.

No complaints.

However this morning I am getting hammered with all these goddamned time issues.

Whose idea was this? I am going to murder that guy.

I also had some very vivid dreams last night. In one I was racing down the road, there was some girl in the lane next to me. She was going very fast.

And in another I was moving people into my house. I couldnt tell you who they were.

Weird.

I am going back to pulling my hair out now.

I cant wait until the end of the day.

My new parts are either at the fed ex sorting facility in minneapolis or at the fed ex office in st cloud. So those will get to my house before I get off work today.

Fortunately for me, when I was dropping off the one kid at the highschool I spotted this chick, and guess what she is wearing on her feet? practically nothing, flip flops! There is like 3 feet of snow and she is walking to school in flip flops! And not like the heavy duty ones you can put socks under...Like the 99 cent in the bargain bin at the grocer variety.

What a maniac!

Sheesh. My feet are cold just thinking about that. How she avoided the frostbit, blackened stumps that should have been her feet, I will never know.

Also Im looking at upgrading my home computer to the tune of 800 bucks, ouch.
